Anne-France Kennedy
CEO
Anne-France Kennedy leads the team as the CEO as she has extensive experience in entrepreneurship. Ex-corporate executive (France, US, UK) she moved to social entrepreneurship 15 years to set up ventures in microfinance, energy efficiency and the circular economy. She has a Master's degree in Economics & Finance (France) and one in Sustainability (UK).
Alina Zhou
CDO
Alina leads the team as Chief Development Officer and has over 10 years’ experience working across the United Kingdom, China and Singapore. She is currently Head of Finance (ASEAN) in Singapore. She is CIMA/CGMA qualified with experiences across various finance functions, specialising in financial planning and analysis and continuous improvement to risk management.
Sandeep Krishnappa

Sandeep leads the team as Chief Product Officer with 14 years of cross-industry background in Digital Transformation, Advisory, Consulting, FinTech/Consumer Insights/Knowledge Capability driver. His past experience includes working at Northern Railways, Unilever, British Gas, PricewaterhouseCoopers, KBC Advanced Technologies and, most recently, at Kellogg Brown & Root.

Hadrien is a young professional who is in career transition and interested in sustainability and launching new projects. He has a business background in strategic consultancy, business & software services development, a French Master’s degree in Management, and a Master’s in Economics and Strategy from Imperial College. Hadrien currently supports the CEO in all aspects of investor discussion, preparation and internal support for climate link. He works between Paris and London.
Yi supports the team as the lead Service Design expert. She is currently a student at Royal college of Art (RCA), majoring in MA Service Design. Her area of focus is around UX/UI design ,interaction design, strategy thinking and HCI. She is currently based in China and has interest in the service design project in finance, payment and health care. Her experience includes working at Alibaba Group, Monopolo a online children financial education platform and Curva-smart a wearable device for cervical spine health.
Saya supports the team as Digital Content Strategist for the mobile app around video production, podcast, and end-to-end content management life cycle from planning, creation, editorial, publishing and release management. She is currently based in Tokyo, Japan and holds a BA in Journalism Studies, BA in New Media and Digital Design along with certification from National Council for Training of Journalists (NCTJ). Her experience includes working at Kirameki Inc (Tokyo, Japana) as production manager and Writer at Merkel Media.

Tevy supports the team as a Community Lead to facilitate community ideation and foster engagement globally, right up to tracking upcoming trends and reporting CO2 reduction on the ground. She is currently a student at Sheffield University, completing a BA in Journalism. Based in Cambodia, her interests around technology and climate change is evident in her work as an on-the-ground journalist for Khmer Times and Sosiette Agricol as an accountant, working directly with local farming businesses.
Jane supports the team as a Branding Strategy Lead focusing on social media strategy to help the team raise awareness of climatelink capability globally. An entrepreneurial spirit and innovative mindset marketer. She will assist in the development enforcement of brand guidelines and provide recommendations and feedback on campaign from launch to audience engagements. Develop relationships with global clients with a focus on driving sustainability in business networking context.
She is currently based in Toronto.She holds a Masters of International Business from Smith School of Business at Queen's University and Masters exchange at Maastricht University School of Business and Economics.
Dyuti supports the team as the Operations Lead to support team coordination activities. She conducts ground coordination for content creation and facilitates partner and user engagement for the Soil Regeneration climate community. She currently works as a Research Assistant under fixed income research at a financial services firm. Her prior work experience includes JP Morgan Chase and Kotak Securities.
